Joy-Con (right)

A 3D model of the standard red Nintendo Switch Joy-Con controller that I have been working on on the side recently.

For this model I wanted to try and make it as accurately as possible while not going overboard with the polygon count

WIP 1 When building the slide in the side of the controller I started at the bottom and extruded the edges upwards. I only worked on half of the slide and then I mirror it.

WIP 3 After the slide was done with all of the buttons on that side I moved over to the shoulder of the controller

WIP 6 The Joystick is made out of two parts and the upper part has it's pivot point set at the center of the dome in the base. This lets it rotate around the dome without clipping.
